Current bid $5,200 reserve not met, 10 bids 3 days left in auction. 33k miles.

Sellers description:
The Jaguar is a short wheel base series one model.first of its kind with the 12 cylinder power plant.

This was a small production run of approximately 300 units built in 1973 by the masters at Coventry.

I have owned this vehicle since 1976. It has been garaged properly and maintained by qualified Jaguar Technicians.

Never any rust never any accidents. The original Silver was resprayed approximately 6 years ago when the car showed 29K miles. That was my first difficult decision, I have always tried to keep this beautiful vehicle as original as possible during the 35 years of ownership All body panels are original and fit properly. Interior, wood dash and all vinyl pieces are original without any signs of wear.

The original headliner was replaced 5 years ago. The best possible fluids have always been used and serviced properly its entire life. The Jaguar starts and runs properly. The A/C system works great without any issues to engine temperature. The original radiator was overhauled with a larger core keeping the original tanks.Jaguar runs cool with 20-70 PSI Oil pressure. The transmission shifts silky smooth. Both fuel tanks were removed cleaned and then treated with POR fuel tank liner Fuel pumps were replaced at the same time1 year ago. The fuel tank service was performed to prevent any issues that might occur from age. Both tanks were healthy when this procedure was performed I believe the fuel tanks are better than new.I have always tried to keep this car as original as possible with a sprinkling of upgrades to insure reliability. The early Jaguar Sedans are quite beautiful, I have done my best maintain its timeless beauty..

Car is being sold with the original 1973 invoice and all the owners books, keys etc. that were supplied.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
