Opening bid $4,000, no reserve, no bids yet 6 days left in auction. Buy it now price $4,000.

Sellers description:
This 1987 Jaguar XJ6 Sedan is in excellent condition considering it’s age. There is 55,000 original miles on the odometer. From what I know about the history is: The car was originally kept by the dealership owner for a few years. Then it was sold to the first person. It went to another dealer until bought by a second owner, I got it from there. Although the carfacts shows 5 owners, there were really only two. And since I've had it, (3rd. owner) it was only driven on nice days, as I bought it as a toy. I have bought another toy now, (Vette) so this one has to go. I really don't want to part with it, but I cannot have Motorcycles and too many cars and keep Insurance & Registrations going. Bought with 52,330 miles, you can see that I hardly used it. No roll-back or tampering. The original owner took very good care of it. The color is very bright and original. Stated as red, but is more on the brighter side of red. Beautifully cared for tan leather interior is amazing. Wood and chrome throughout the interior adds to that Jaguar elegance. Interior roof does not sag. All body panels, engine, interior, glass, etc. are original. The original owners manual, and assorted books are included. Everything works as it normally would. Sunroof has no leaks. I am also including a car cover with this auction. It has a valid Inspection Sticker. It is currently registered in Massachusetts. As for issues, one of the high-beams is out. There are two quarter sized paint blisters on the car. One on the hood, one on the fender. Not bad , and not rust coming through. There is one small piece of trim from the right corner of the bumper missing. Must have fallen off on the road. Lastly, somebody stole one of the little caps from the wheel rim. For a 23 year old car that is very minimum to say the least. One note that may be of little importance. The Title, it is clean and fine, but in the box for number of cylinders, it has the number 12 instead of 6. When the new owner re-Titles the car, I’m sure the Registry will correct this minor error. Just don’t want to leave anything out.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
