Sellers description:
1975 Jaguar XJ12C, rare car, limited number produced. 2 Door Coupe with pillarless windows. Bought car from family friend 5 years ago with intentions of restoring to driving condition. Jaguar being a complex engine, was unsuccessful. Now left with wedding bills and needing to get out of possession. Car would be a great parts car or the right person's restoration. Car has not been driven for years, does not currently run. Previous owner attempted to fix engines electrical components without success. Currently unable to get strong enough spark from distributor to ignite all cylinders. Car in fair condition. Green exterior with areas of wear, scattered rust spots of wheel wells and below door panels. Interior original, tan leather, small moisture damage from sitting outside to wood instrument panel and interior roof. Original 12 cylinder engine,51728 original miles fuel injected, needs tuning, rusty. New distributor and ignition module. Engine could be replaced with 8 cylinder Chevy engine due to good exterior body condition. Can be a collectors car/investment for the right person, just needs some TLC. Sad to see car have to go!
