Car returns to ebay 1/16/15
www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-XJ12-XJ12C-1975-jaguar-xj-12-c-/231454159741
Opening bid US $10,000, no bids 9 days left in auction. 100k miles.

Sellers description:
1975 Jaguar XJ12C
I have owned this vehicle for 15 years.
Over that time I have invested a lot of money into the vehicle.
My belief was that over the years the vehicle would increase in value. Unfortunately, that has not turned out to be the case.
There is no rust on this car and it has never been driven in the rain as long as I have owned it.
I have replaced the interior of the car and the headliner.
I have replaced the parts in the front end suspension of the car.
Also, the cooling system has had all the hoses, the waterpump, and the radiator replaced with new units.
The fuel lines, oil seals, and engine and transmission mounts have been replaced also.
The engine idles smooth and it is quiet.
The car drives well even though I haven't driven it in years.
Once again, this is NOT a restored car. It has been serviced on a professional level and is a nice driver.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
