Ebay item 7/6/18
www.ebay.com/itm/1973-Jaguar-XJ12/183305514364
Car has a buy it now price of $11,000 for 1 day, seller taylord70, 42k miles.

Sellers description:
You are viewing the listing for my 1973 Jaguar XJ12 Chevrolet Conversion. This car is one of the first Series 2 cars which and is one of 168 for 1973. I have owned the car for four great years and I am reluctantly selling to take on a new XJ12 Coupe project. She was purchased from lengthy ownership in Redding, California. This is the one you want because its loving owners have garaged and spared no expense to keep her in fine shape. After the original motor failed the Chevrolet conversion was professionally done in 2002 with a 1995 5.7L 350 fuel injected TBI motor and a GM 4L60E transmission. The motor was recorded as having 70K miles when installed. The previous owner said he only put 2K and I've put about 4K on her since owning. The conversion kit was manufactured by John's Cars, Inc. out of Dallas, Texas which is considered the best available. The odometer reads 40K but I'm not certain it is accurate. Here are some other features: New leather interior, new head liner, CD Player/radio/USB, wood dash refinished, new carpet and floor mats, new diamond stitch hood liner, new radiator, new water pump, fresh coolant, injectors serviced, new AC compressor, new AC amplifier, new front and back windshield seals, new driver side door seals, new trunk seal, new KYB shocks all-around, new King Springs in the front and new sound deadening underlayment. All chrome is in excellent shape with no rust or pitting. Badges are all there but do show normal patina. Glass is all excellent with no scratches, cracks or chips. Paint is excellent driver quality with some tiny imperfections - nothing major - only small chips. Fuel tanks have been linked so no need to switch between tanks - just fill up and go. Rust: No paint bubbles anywhere. Floor pans, rockers, beneath the windshields, under the spare tire - all good. Trunk is fully upholstered and in good shape. Car comes with a useable spare and jack. There is normal surface corrosion / dirt under the car. AC blows cold. Windows all work. No leaks. Brakes are good. Tires are fine shape but may need replacing soon. Gauges all work with the exception of the speedo which needs service. Clear title. Please keep in mind that this car is in upper end condition but it is still considered "driver" quality. The Series 2 XJ has been called the most beautiful sedan ever built and this one in Astral Silver with Red Leather is absolutely stunning in person. She starts right up, runs cool and glides down the road like a dream with lots of power and reliability.
