Just bought this car, had been outside and non-running for a year, stored inside for 2-3 years before that. Currently restoring it, needs some cosmetic work and general maintenance. Very little rust, mechanically well-sorted before it was parked in approximately late 2019.

Restoration in progress. Car was excellently cared-for before being left outside for a year. One rust spot behind front left wing, replacing both front fenders with donor parts. Confirmed that the engine is original. Should be back on the road for the summer.

Back on the road! Still needs some cosmetic work and carb tuning. Driving again and will be around the greater New England car show circuit this summer.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
