Car offered at:
www.stableltd.com/inventory.aspx

Sellers description:
We sold this car when new to local (Mendham) customers who enjoyed the car until 2001 when they traded it in to us on a Jaguar XJR saloon. We then sold the car, then with just over 90,000 miles, to another Mendham customer who drove it just 10,000 miles in eight years and has just traded it in to us on a Rolls-Royce. Black/ black leather/burl walnut facia and cabin trim, it has never suffered any damage and has been maintained by both owners in superb condition throughout. The engine block was replaced under factory warranty by Jaguar at @50,000 miles and the engine head was just rebuilt by marque specialists in October, 2009 along with the installation of (4) new tires, catalytic converters, front shock absorbers, radiator and anything else deemed necessary to put the car in prime condition.

103,271 miles
Price $ 10,900

www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-XJ6-Series-3-/182279209903
Car has a buy it now price of $6,000 for 4 days, car now said to be in Limestone, Tennessee, seller kutabeachbali, 109k miles.

Sellers description:
This XJ6 is one of the nicest out there, but it is not a show car. It can easily be used as is for a daily driver. It handles well and cruises smoothly at 80 mph, tracks straight, brakes stop straight and work well. In 2009 the car had extensive restoration, including $4,886 in new parts (receipt on file). The car starts easily with no tailpipe smoke and the transmission shifts as expected. It has dual separate fuel tanks @12 gallons, Bosch fuel injection, 4-wheel drive suspension, power sunroof, windows, antenna, auto climate control, rear window defroster and cruise control, all in working order. The air conditioning system with the Freon was removed and replaced with a non-hazardous system and is functioning properly. A/C has separate front and rear seat controls. All gauges, switches, lights and wipers are in working order with the exception of the automatic door locking switch. The body of the car is straight as sited down the doors. The car was repainted many years ago, but a good job overall. It does should some minor surface scratches and scuffs and door edges show some small chips. There are no big or deep scratches or dents. The bumpers and other chrome show signs of age with pitting and scratches. The interior of the car has leather seats, all in excellent condition with no tears cracks or scuffs, they move easily on the tracks, tilt and lumbar adjustments work. The carpet also is in excellent condition. The carpet in the boot shows some wear and stains, the spare tire and wheel and road tires are factory alloys and show some oxidation but no real curb rash. And the tire jack is in the original bag. The ash tray has never been used, the dash top and rear parcel shelf have no sun damage, all glass is original and unmarked. The wood steering wheel shows minor roughness on top and the wood part of the dash shows some cracks. The original ownership manuals and cassette tapes are included. This car is located in Limestone, Tennessee.
