Sellers description:
1985 Jaguar XJ6 with low milage and in wonderful condition, formerly a California car that was garage kept (Palm Springs). I have to say it is one of the sweetest rides i have ever encountered. It is lush beyond belief, clean dash, wooden dash panel, a true work of art and functioning as well. The tires are like new, has a new 7 yr battery, a clean no rust anywhere, body in a gorgeous desert tan paint job, chrome in pristine conditon, just a joy to ride in. The engine is fuel injected and quiet, has a new water pump and hoses, also a new exaust system. power windows throughout, and leather seats front and back, the former owner installed lambskins on the front, and they are very comfortable (no sweating). The A/C runs excellant cold, all windows are tinted as well. Dual gas tanks for that long trip, and a peacefull comfortable ride that not many cars can offer. It is a classy car, and I get people walking around it all the time, a real head turner...you wont be dissappointed, I can assure you.
This car, was formerly owned by Niel Diamond, I dont know if it was the singer or not, but it was registered to a Niel and Marylin Diamond, see the registration in the pics. I truly dont know much more about it, but Palm Springs was the desert mecca for many Hollywood stars , and performers... Haven't done any research on it, but no matter, the car is a work of motoring beauty and speaks for itself. cheers
