Car was converted to V8 (small block Chevy 400) in early 1990s by Doug Timmons in Chico, CA. The car sat unregistered and deteriorating since 1993. My friend bought it and removed the engine/tranny and other parts. He was planning to scrap what was left. I purchased it to remove the front and rear suspension and other parts for use in a resto-rod project (i.e., 1936 Nash Ambassador Six). The remainder of the car will be scrapped once all usable parts have been removed.
